Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

 

Include your registered email address or phone number used in the app.

 

🗃️ Data That Will Be Deleted

 

   

Personal profile (name, phone, email)

   

Address and delivery details

   

Order and shopping history

   

Vendor/delivery profiles (if applicable)

 

 

🔐 Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

 

   

Billing and transaction data (retained for up to 180 days for legal reasons)

   

System logs and backup records (retained for up to 30 days)
